2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Acceptable Use
Drivers: Create profiles and connect with employers; keep information truthful and current.
Employers: Post legitimate job opportunities; comply with applicable employment and trucking regulations.
Vendors: Promote products/services relevant to the trucking industry; unrelated content may be removed.
Do not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities, including spam, harassment, or fraud.
4. Payments & Fees
Employers and vendors may be required to pay posting or advertising fees.
Payments are processed by third‑party providers; additional terms may apply.
Except where required by law, all fees are non‑refundable.
5. Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for content you submit (e.g., job posts, listings, messages).
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user‑generated content.
We may remove or reject content that violates these Terms or our policies.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employment decisions, vendor product quality, delivery, or services, or any disputes among users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
